Whats the best way to lose body fat but does not feel some discomfort when training martial arts?
Im training in martial arts to teach. I train quite hard to fight. Art, yoga, riding and running very day. I want more progress and I still find that bit too hard. I 59kg 5 foot4 weight. I think I may have been hindering my metabolism. With food, calories and low occasionaly fasting and want me to do. leaner and faster and more flexible now. I eat my food and vegan food available to me. I should eat 6 small, medium sized food. 3 high protein, low carb food lost 5kg. Moore would not dying after training or my body is changing, but many. Im not sure if I should. Feel it is low fat, lean and flexible but strong. Im confused about what I read in net stool. ... Food is food that .... Im pretty fit,. Very healthy, but I want to progress in my ability. Help. Cheers.
