It's been eating yogurt + fruit breakfast. + Day only?
Dinner and some white rice and chicken. veggie, etc. I have hardcore. and by muscletech hydroxycut to lose%. Fat. I want to reduce belly fat and build muscle most of the period. / Body. It is im eating every day? I drink more water. I will have enough nutrients? I take multivitamin (MegaMan Sport) or not I exercise every other day. Most cardio (boxing, etc).
Certainly add. MulitVitamin ... not. Try to eat 5 or 6 little crazy on the metabolism. Swtich from white rice (bread and pasta too). For rice and brown bread and grain products all have. complex carbs more. If you want to build muscle, you must charge them. The shrinkage of the protein that makes you feel. "fuller" throughout the day. to drink much water. Cut the crap out of your food. Sugar junk food, fast food, beer, etc. everything you eat should be objective. Feeding power to muscle insulin spike after exercise to maintain condition. anabolic ... etc..
