Can You Give Me Some Tips In Body Building?

I just want to build muscles in my upper body part like the chest, shoulder cap and the upper back. Anybody from the gym help me here. And also give me some tips on the diet.

heavy weights and less reps. the best thing that i would recommend for you to do to build muscle is do military sets. military sets are you start with a low weight and just keep adding weights after every set. the first set is going to be kinda light so start at 20 reps. and every set you go down 2 reps. so set1 is 20 reps set2 is 18 reps set 3 is 16 reps. and keep doing sets untill you get to 6 reps. so from 20 reps to 6 reps is 8 sets. and just keep adding weight after every set. every set gets harder and harder so give it all u got on the last 3 sets which is going to be really hard.
