Energy Boost

What some good foods to increase my energy or not.
In the evening all the mistakes I lack energy. I want some food (better than candy). I will add power for a few hours. (Most homes do). Try to stay away from energy drinks because they make me complete error while later.
Apple will make you feel more awake than the amount of caffeine. And only 50 calories or so per medium apple, it has the ability to make you feel full a few hours.
