@rambo19962007 …
@rambo19962007 That’s a butload of calories =P I’m in between 3400- 3700 calories per day. But that is just for normal days. I would recommend 50% protein, 40% carbs and 10% fats and slowly but surely cut down on the carbs even more and go higher on your proteins. Also what works is have a high and a low day of carbs every 7-8 days or so, to keep your metabolism going. Try to cut 300 calories of your daily needs and go slow so you can still keep building muscle.

hey man thanks so …
hey man thanks so much for your reply… i was reading on the internet experts were saying that for bulk you should follow 30 / 50 / 20 and the same for cutting so im thinking im gonna go with abt 3000-3500 calories for the cutting period, coz during the bulk im gonna be doing 5×5 and HIT training which is very taxing hence ill be takin in 5000 calories per day

@rambo19962007 You …
@rambo19962007 You need to cut down on your carbs a lot more then that. But go slowly and the more weight you loose the more carbs you need to cut. But keep your carbs the highest around your training and the rest spread out during the day.

oh, and who the …
oh, and who the said eat lots of bananas down below in the comments? are you retarded. bananas are the worst fruit to choose when trying to get ripped/abs.
they are very high in sugar & a high glycemic carb. your blood sugar will sky rocket similar to eating a donut. which isn’t what you want to do if you want to burn fat. it is, however, a good post workout food because its a fast carb.

honestly, keep fat …
honestly, keep fat intake high. good fats. fat suppresses insulin. insulin is the only hormone that stores fat. when you eat too many carbs, your blood glucose gets sent to muscles and your liver, and all the extra goes to fat.
when you cut fat intake, your body realizes its low and will actually horde all the fat it can. polyunsaturated & monounsaturated fats.

ohhhh and then what …
ohhhh and then what??? then I can eat whatever I want after I reach my goal???? NO!, as soon as you start eating breads and rice and grains and carbs, which eventually you will unless your an idiot that lives off meat and cucumbers, then you start gaining that weight back… so eat whats healthy in moderation for a healthy long life ….or do whatever u want lol i dont give a shit, i could care less about dudes that jerk off to their body

ok, fact is your 100% right… you’ll lose a lot of weight…. but at what cost???? is it healthy to do that??? I personally think, no its not healthy…. so good video but your supporting unhealthy advice by doing this…. and your will smell like death.. so will your and breath……JUST EAT IN MODERATION ! THATS THE KEY

make sure to keep …
make sure to keep the carbs to complex carbs, like many vegetables.. cut white bread stay whole wheat, drink alot of water, eat 5-6 small meals, keep yor protein intake high 1-1.5G per pound of body weight. Do some circuit weight training or 3 full body workouts a week, 2 sets each exercise 10 reps. cardio 5x a week, 2 or 3 out of 5 days cardio should be hiit intense interval training. Lot of chicken, some why protein, multi v, tuna, fish nuts, all the lean stuff and stay motivated!!
February 16th, 2010 at 6:35 pm

You are so right about the mirror motivation. Im about halfway to my goal of gettint leaned, Ive always had good amount of muscle. But eating same foods gets old, you look in the mirror and check the scale, you can just see the changes. I cant wait till Ive reached where I want to be, 8-9%bf or lower, Ill be posting a video of progress when Im done pretty amazing.
