Taking these products wont really make a big difference to your body very quick unless you are supporting their intake with plenty of hard workout, rest and lots of food.
If you want to get the most out of ZMA and tribulas thats the way to do it.

as for the comments on the trippy dreams..I have taken zma and it does make you sleep deeper. i think people may claim trippy dreams because you are put into a better quality rem stage (thats where you dream). its not like a hallucagenic or whatever which is what people where leading me to believe before i took it. you may feel groggy but i believe that is do to how deep you sleep. this could be different for everyone. does it work? yes! i feel stronger, better workouts, better pump. try it out

I have been lifting weights for about 3 years now and about a year ago I hit a wall. I was not able to really increase in any of my exercises for several months, so I decided to try a new type of pre workout stack to see if it made any difference.
I picked the Dr Max Powers Anabolic Stack – Long story short – the 6 months or so since I have been taking it before my workouts my bench has gone up 60 pounds, dumbbell press up 30, curls up 20, and so on.
I would highly recommend this if you are looking to make gains or at the very least keep what muscle you have already worked to build. But make sure you drink ALOT of water with it because it helps…
