Is Body Building Less Effective If You Donate Plasma Regularly?

I'm considering donating plasma at least twice a week. I weight train/body build 3 times a week to improve muscle mass and strength. I take protein and creatine supplements as well. Plasma is responsible for transporting water and nutrients to all the cells in the body so will weight training and body building supplementation be less effective when my body is slightly depleted and recovering from donating plasma? I would think so... please only answer if you are knowledgable about this and can give me a technical answer.. Thanks a lot!

id do a lil less. once a week is fine. that will actually help you create new red blood cells.
