I am just realizing how critically important it is to get the right amount of magnesium. At keast half as much as calcium. So if you eat fish bones, mirror it would half as much magnesium. If you drink a cup of milk, take 150mg of magnesium. 3 cups of milk? 450 mg. This is why dairy-consuming countries have higher rates of osteoperosis. Magnesium is just as important as calcium, but too much calcium causes magnesium deficiency.

@LorraineNH please remember ascorbic acid is vitamin c . citric acid is not vitamin C. citric acid is added to many juices for tartness but nonetheless
ascorbic acid is vitamin C
you might see it written as ascorbate when associated with other compounds.
