I don’t like the way vince del monte trains, he does it like weight throwing instead of weight lifting. He works out too fast and his muscles are not getting the necessary negative movement to grow up more.

only do 6 reps with the heaviest weight you can that allows you to do 6 reps and keep to 3 sets, that should help, to strengthen the CNS central nervous system do 1 set with as many reps you possibly can with really light weights, these two methods are used by professional strength lifters
