this is bullshit! if ur a skinny guy, you should not do a high rep workout, instead,do a low rep workout with heavy weights (not body weight, use gym equipments), and eat lot’s of protein and carbs! don’t listen to this…this training program is wrong especially for skinny guys…the higher the rep, the more calories you lose…

Body weight …
Body weight training IS for the advanced individual who is VERY well conditioned, at least the exercises in this video. It also helps if your weight is lower as well.
