just wondering cuz im doing it soon
Is it fine it i do the workout, nothing else-supplements and all that stuff?

the possible disadvantage is you would not consume enough protein to meet the needs of your muscles. You can avoid this by consuming 1. gram of protein per lbs of lean body mass. Other than that, you may not lose as much weight if you are consuming too many simple carbs or excess calories by not following the program
