I have never done any good exercise for a few years. But one fine day, it dawn to me that my tummy has been slowly growing while I stayed dormant for the past 4 years. An acidic body is an ideal condition for fat and sickness to develop. The best way to keep your body alkaline is to take alkaline carbohydrate, such as potatoes. One thing good about potatoes is that they release energy to you consistently and slowly, therefore no sudden energy burst. A good muscle building program will require you to have a consistent energy flow to make it through your workout routine. This is an essential part of your gain muscle diet.

There are alkaline proteins too which can be found in nuts. Instead of relying mostly on meat, take walnuts as well! Walnuts happen to be rich in proteins too. Don't forget that walnuts are also very rich in Vitamin E also. Having high cholesterols is bad but walnuts can help you solve that. Walnuts, in particular, have significantly higher amounts of omega 3 fatty acids as compared to other nuts. Walnuts are good but too much of a good thing can also be bad for your body in form.
