If you have a big occasion coming up soon, something like a wedding or a high school reunion, you are probably going to want to look your very best on the big day. This is especially true if there will be any activities involving taking off a shirt or wearing a swimsuit. You want to know how to get a six pack in a month.

Then tend to your diet. You must eliminate fatty and sugary foods completely. This means no more cakes, cookies, or pies. No candy bars or bowls of ice cream. Chips and sodas are out, too. Boring, yes, but vital for a healthier lifestyle and the loss of blubber. Start eating all those fruits and vegetables that you know are so good for you.
It does sound like a very difficult task at that, does it not? But it can be done with a big heaping helping of self-discipline.
