When To Take Optimum Nutrition- Serious Mass Along With Other Supplements?
Written by admin on January 27, 2009I bought a can of Optimum Nutrition's Serious Mass today, and with one serving of about 1,300 calories, I don't want to take the suggested amount: 3 times a day.
But I was just wondering when I should take it...
My idea: once in the morning and after lifting weights
I am also taking creatine and amino fuel (amino acid capsules). Plus, I have 100% Whey Protein and I was planning on getting Muscletech Nitro-Tech.
How should I schedule all these supplements and what supplements should I not take if these are too many.

you do know if you eat right and take in the right amount of calories and carbs you wouldnt have to take all that crap. the protein is a good idea cuz if you wanna gain weight you should take at least 1 g of protein for each lb you weigh. but just eat right and watch what you eat and youll be better off and save money rather than buyin all that other junk. plus, those weight gainers are high in fat and sodium. trust me, been there done all that.

Of course if you eat right you will be better off but your not going to build as quick without some help. Not everyones body is the same so there is nothing wrong with taking some nutritional products.
