actually steroids …
actually steroids never really revolutionized. bodybuilding revolutionalized and science was taken to its limits. guys on the IFBB stage nowadays have access to insulin and growth hormone, something guys in the golden age didnt have access to. also knowing how to use them makes a huge difference because it boils down to life or death,success or failure. When users dont know what they are doing the can get themselves in big trouble.you HAVE to know what you are doing b/c it is a powerful hormone.

Back when Arnold …
Back when Arnold used and they talked about it like it was normal, because it was. Steroids were legal at that time, but I’m sure only bodybuilders really knew anything about them. Along with the evolution of steroids, I’m sure just the quantity was a huge difference. Compared to today, Arnold’s era must have seemed like light occasional/recreational use.

I think the “Old …
I think the “Old School” guys look much better then todays bodybuilders. The old school guys had better cuts and looked more streamlined. Todays guys use way way to much Growth Hormone and look like fat slobs.

I think the old way …
I think the old way looks the best. It’s already unnatural, but the modern is too unnatural, more like a beast with a human head.
