    You need low GI …
You need low GI carbs pre-workout (an apple, oats, wholemeal bread etc.) along with a whey protein shake, as it contains BCAA’s and glutamine which will stop muscle breakdown and are depleted from the body during your workout. If taking creatine, only have it post-workout as this is when your body absorbs the most of it.

    Only supplements …
    Only supplements worth taking are:

    - Protein supplements
    - Creatine
    - Multivitamins
    - Glucosamine
    - EFA’s
    - Glutamine

NO2 supplements (superpump 250, no-xplode etc.) are a load of bullshit. Don’t waste you’re money on them. If you want something to boost your energy, try drinking a strong coffee before working out.
