ihave lost a lot of weight and want to start building muscle.

first off.... supplements wont do a thing unless you are eating right. Alot of protein and alot of complex carbs. you should be eating about 1g of protein per body weight. so as far as supplements go, get a good whey protein and creatine. Im a trainer and i recommend Cell Mass creatine by BSN or Cell Tech creatine
