some body advise me about starting body building , actually now i am 31 year old male 72KG my Weight 11.6 Stone. physically i am fit and professional cricketer. but now i have decided start body building in Glasgow and plz advise me in Glasgow city good fitness centres as well.

Is It Beneficial For Me To Do Body Building Instead Of Doing Push Ups ?

I'm a teenage boy. I usually do push ups for fitness. I want to keep myself fit n healthy. I need to know that is body building good for me ? I mean, will it be a right thing for me to do. Also, can I do push ups while I do body building ? I have weights of 6 - 14 kg. Please help me out. Thankyou.

Keep doing push ups they are a great exercise. You can do both push ups and weights. Do full body exercises and workout as well.
