Gain Pounds Of Muscle

You may ask the question: "I want to gain pounds of muscle but how do I do it?". Well in order to gain "pounds of muscle” you need to do a few things. Later on, I’ll explain more regarding this.
Just remember that in order to gain pounds of muscle you really need to develop a mindset of success first. Having a mindset that is focused and determined and can see the outcome before it is real will help you reach your goals faster than you ever thought possible.
Before anything else, ask yourself: just how muscular do I want to be? Don’t do it if you’re insecure because guess what, you’re still going to be insecure and have low self esteem whether or not you gain pounds of muscle and look like a ripped bodybuilder. At first you might question what I say but believe me that this is true. True self worth comes from within, no matter what you look like.
Whether you’re into sports or muscle is necessary for your job, you will have to first think about exactly how much muscle you want. It takes strength to become strong. Discipline is an important factor you will need to get through. Ideally, you should be able to pinpoint exactly what you want and how you will go about getting them.
Make sure that you stick to your program everyday with a determination that would make you sweat, you should do this four times every week. You should realize that you can only go so far as your last workout. Translation: don’t cheat and don’t go light with the weights. Workout each body part with 3 different machines. For me personally, two body parts per workout is the target I usually aim for. Basically, that adds up to a total of 6 different exercises. When you think about it, that could mean 3 back exercises coupled with another three for the chest.

Basically, you should be using heavy weights but doing a small amount of reps. Your aim would be around 4 to 6 reps. If you find the last rep hard to do, then that’s the exact result you want. On the last rep, you should find yourself struggling just to finish it off.
Now get up up and pay a little visit to the gym!
