post workout- cytogainer- Its a protein/weight gainer. I put on a few good pounds pretty quick with this. this is like a 4 week container and it cost like $45. I just use 100 percent whey protein now it works great and is cheaper.
pre-workout- NOshotgun- Gives you energy in the gym. The first time i took it i threw on like 10 more pounds to my bench because i had so much energy and could do my normal weight to easy. It makes my face and hands tingle. This is also about a month and is around $40.
Creatine is also one of my favs that really adds some size. I got a maybe a 2 month cycle for about $15.

What Is The Best Muscle Building Supplement?
Written by admin on July 29, 2011 – 3:57 am -Which brand has the fastest and biggest results for muscle mass? Also should I get a supplement with Nitric Oxide or go with the old fashioned protein, creatine and whey? What has worked with you?
The best is an anabolic steroid. I'm sure you're looking for something legal though. Most of those supplements are overpriced crap. you'd do a lot better by spending that money on clean animal protein (grass-fed beef, organic chicken, etc).
I can tell you I've had good luck with a cheap creatine monohydrate though.
EDIT: Creatine gives me an extra 3-4 reps which allows me to workout more, and build muscle faster. The creatine itself doesn't build muscle.
