Weight lifting can help in adding strength to the muscles and should be repeated daily. If our aim is in building muscle, it is recommended that free weight should be used rather than using exercise machines. Routine daily task is vital in muscle building because it may affect the type of exercise that has to be carried out in order to have a suitable muscle building program. Each and every organ in the body also has to be ensured of the proper treatment during weight lifts, so as not too strenuous for the body to accept.
Sleep is important because a good doze provide pace for the metabolism of our body. Some strenuous exercises are required to build certain muscles, but it is important to take enough breaks in between these form of exercises. This is crucial as over working the muscle is an overburden, which may only be harmful to the body.
Thus, proper exercise is advisable for the proper muscle building. Apart from physical rest and breaks, water and food are vital for gaining muscles the right way. We should be aware of calories at all time but it depends on the quantity and ratio of the food taken. Calories burn during exercise giving energy but it should also be well balanced as too much calories with less exercise will only lead to fats building. If calories are well balance, then muscles can be built even faster. Protein is also important because it provides the extra energy required for exercises while calories are burning. Dehydration is always avoided for muscle building as it can be hazardous for muscle growth. Hence, about 2-3 glasses of water should accompany every meal intake.
Sleep is also important for muscle building. It has been scientifically proven that growth hormones are release during sleep.
