So this is just an example of a day of food for me. Look at all the food and I still need more calories ( I need around 4,000 right now) So I will most likely add a snack into this.

Without the right routine you will head down to the gym each time with no real direction and, as a result, a lot less drive. Having a good routine is an important step in making sure that you work out each muscle that you want and complete your workout as best you can each time.
